AHRI Diversity Champions

As a result of our diversity training initiatives which promote awareness, Metcash were excited to be nominated as finalists in the AHRI Diversity Awards in 2013. This honour acknowledges the hard work that has so far been achieved in this important area at Metcash and we continue to strive to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Gender Diversity

We actively participate in Business Chicks events across Australia and support women in leadership roles to progress their careers.
