Meet Metcash Brand Ambassador, Sarah Hewson
Sarah Hewson, Business Development Manager for Mitre 10 & Home Hardware, has been a cornerstone of our hardware team for 20 years. Starting her journey in accounts payable, she has ascended to remarkable heights in her career.
When she expressed a desire to transition into marketing, her leader responded, “Here’s your time to step into something bigger.” Over the next 16 years, Sarah thrived in various marketing roles, successfully spearheading numerous campaigns, including the renowned Mitre 10 ‘The Other Hardware Store’.
Sarah’s true passion has always been the family businesses that form the heart of our hardware team. At the end of 2022, she embraced a new challenge and transitioned into a Business Development Manager role. In this position, she’s closer than ever to our retailers, making a significant impact on their family businesses every single day.
